Before you book

Is the intro call really free?

Yes. It's 20 minutes and there's no charge and no obligation. We use it to understand the space and to be straight with you about whether we're the right studio for it. If we're not, we'll suggest someone who is.

What is the deposit for, and is it refundable?

The deposit reserves your place in the schedule and covers the first stage of work. It's credited in full against your project total. It's refundable up to seven days after booking; after that it's applied as studio credit valid for a year.

Do I have to buy furniture through the shop?

No. Design clients get trade pricing on everything we source, and many of those pieces happen to live in our shop — but you're free to buy elsewhere, reuse what you own, or mix both. We'll plan around what you keep.

Do you work outside Montréal?

E-Design is remote and available anywhere in Canada. On-site services cover the Greater Montréal area; beyond that we take select projects with travel billed separately. Ask on the intro call.

Can we do this in French?

Bien sûr. Consultations, drawings, and all project documents are available in French or English — whichever you prefer.
